Can i return my item if it arrives not as described?

Should the worst occur and you not be happy with the condition your item/s arrives in please contact us, if the item/s arrives having been damaged during shipping we will be happy to accept any return as long as the item/s is/are not opened. Contact us if your item arrives damaged and we will arrange you returning the item to us for exchange or refund.

how long is the standard shipping?

Our standard shipping is 48 hour tracked shipping and we aim to get every order shipped within 3 working days

How does pre ordering my item work?

When you place a pre order through our store or via contacting us on our social media we will reserve your order and mark this off our stock ordered. You will recieve your pre order invoice which acts as confirmation and recept for your pre order. Once the release date is announced our product description for the item will be updated and you will also recieve an email to update you with this information. Once the item is available it will be shipped to you in time for the release date/ dispatched on the date of release. Every pre order we will do our best to get it shipped to you for the day of release however this is only possible if we recieve the pre orders from our suppliers in time to make this possible.

Can i cancel my order?

If your order has not been dispatched you can contact us for any cancellations required. This is only possible if you have not yet recieved your dispatch notice as any dispatched orders can only be returned for a refund once you have returned the item to us.

I cant find an item i want in your store could you still source it?

Its always possible! We utilise the main uk suppliers for official pokemon products but have access to a whole host of other trading card games so if there is something specific you would like please feel free to contact us.
